 Towards Harmonised Minimum Standards in Criminal Proceedings in Europe,

As a cornerstone of judicial cooperation in Europe, mutual recognition of judicial decisions, judgments, pre-trial orders and approximation of legislation should be put at the forefront of the European agenda.
